This game may appeal because of the training material and increased realism (in terms of flight procedures and instrument panels) over the competition. Unless you're already an expert I'd say that if you sat down and studied the manual and carried out the flight assignments you'd end up knowing a good deal more about flying than before. Having an integrated package may also be good for those that don't like constantly downloading add-ons and tweaking their games.
